About ADD-111R (OBD2 digital dashboa
ADD-111R is designed and engineered by the Lotus owner/driver!
Like the ADD-PRO, the ADD-111R provides various display modes, 0-60 mph test, trip summary (time elapsed, trip distance, max speed, max RPM, max throttle, best 0-60 mph time), and saved trip records.
As the ADD-111R is tailored to the Lotus Eiise/Exige SPEC, we are able to add the crucial GEAR information and create a special RACE mode (super focused on GEAR & RPM) for the enthusiastic Lotus drivers! Lotus drivers will easily understand how cool this mode presents! (My favorite mode when I hop in my Elise every time!)
Features:
– Turns your Android phone to an useful digital instrument panel showing your car’s RPM, speed, throttle position, shifting indication, coolant temp, voltage in a colorful and easy to glance layout.
– Many modes are available – including easy, normal, sunlight for different road/driving needs. (swipe left or right to use different mode)
– Default red-line RPM is set to NA Elise’s 8500. But you can easily configure the read-line RPM to match your super charged (or even turbo’d) Elise/Exige.
– You can of course, easily switching between metric (km/h) or imperial (mph) system so it works perfectly in your country.
– Lotus car is designed for twisty mountain road. But a 0-60mph (or 0-100km/h) test mode is just another fun toy if you wanna play around a bit.
– I personally find the trip timing function is quite useful to time a spirited Sunday morning drive. And it logs the max RPM, max speed…too.
– Lotus drivers know they need to warm up the car before any spirited drive. The ADD-111R marks REDLINE from 4K RPM when the coolant is less than 80C as a reminder.
