About Service Executive
AIR service app is a dedicated assistance app for our vendors. This app in meant for service engineers and vendors who are a part of our network to accept requests from customers, and reach their location to provide the desired service.
Our app is geo-location enabled and our customers can raise service requests, both on-demand and opting for our subscription plans. Currently, we service within the BBMP city limits, providing our customers on-spot flat tyre puncture service. We follow a strict verification process, so all of our on-board vendors would remain inactive until completion of their verification. They’ll become eligible service providers only after their documentation is complete.
